*Please note that if you order a PREORDER item alongside items that are already in stock, your order will not be sent out until the PREORDER item has been delivered to me.

 We cannot currently send orders to the following countries due to shipping restrictions:

Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Cuba, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, North Korea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.

Terms of Service:

♡ RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, & EXCHANGES : 

• Returns and/or exchanges will not be provided unless there is an issue with the product, such as a missing or damaged item. If an item is damaged, please send an email to miiksiishop@gmail.com as soon as possible with photo proof of the damaged product. Depending on the damage, you may receive a discounted or free replacement.

• Returns and/or exchanges will not be provided in the case of a buyer no longer wanting the item once it is in transit/delivered and/or if the item does not arrive in time for a holiday.

• Items can take 1-2 weeks to be packed and sent out, and up to 1-2 months to arrive depending on the item and/or where the item is shipped. Please keep in mind that miiksii is run by only one person, and there may be backups or delays due to item production and a large influx of orders during updates. Orders are not guaranteed to be delivered by any specific dates, including holidays, birthdays, etc.

• If an order is missing and has not been delivered within 1-2 months (USA & Canada) or 3+ months (Internationally), contact me at miiksiishop@gmail.com or through the contact form and I will help you as much as I can. Depending on the situation, you may be provided with a replacement, a refund, and/or a discount code.

• I will not provide any replacements if a missing item is due to your own error such as putting in the wrong address, not picking up an order that is being held, etc. I cannot be held responsible if a parcel was sent to the wrong address or lost in transit due to the buyer's part.

• If an order is sent back to me due to an order not being picked up, incorrect addressee, etc. the order will be charged an additional shipping fee as it was already sent out once. If the buyer no longer wants the items, they will be refunded for the items, but not the shipping costs associated with them.

• Cancellations will only be provided within 48 hours of ordering and before the item is shipped out. Once the order is cancelled, you will be refunded.

• You are responsible for customs fees that may occur during international purchases. I will not be held responsible for customs and will be unable to reimburse an order's fees.

♡ PREORDERS :

• Preordered items can take a minimum of 2-3 months to be sent out depending on production time. Once preorders are closed, production will begin, and this process can take up to 1-2 months. Once the items are produced and delivered to me, I will inspect them and begin to ship them out. I will likely post updates through twitter (@miiksii) and instagram stories (@miiks.ii) so if you would like to be kept up to date on production, I would recommend checking those sites periodically.
